We will meet at Valverde and after a short transfer we will arrive at the Fayal-Brezal forest of La Llanía, where we will start the hike. The activity will combine both walk as some yoga postures to help relax the body, observe the beautiful surroundings and calm the mind.
During this 3-hour walk, you will be disconnected from everyday lifeallowing you to feel your inner link with nature and enjoy the present moment.
Our qualified guide will take you through different landscapes and will allow you to discover a "route sustainable"in a different way.
