From the base of Mount Teide

• You will take off from Izaña, in the Teide national park, at an altitude of 2,200 metres, to land on the coast of the island.
• Your flight will last 30-40 minutes
• Flight plan: You will paraglide towards the tourist area of Puerto de la Cruz, through the incredible aerial views of the Orotava Valley in the north of Tenerife. Alternatively, you can fly in the direction of Güimar in the south of the island, also with incomparable views.

From the south

• You will take off from an altitude of 800 - 1000m in Tauche - Adeje (Ifonche).
• Your flight lasts approximately 20 minutes.

  located in the southern part of Tenerife, such as Adeje, Arona, Santiago del Teide, Los Gigantes, El
  Medano, etc.
