Take-off areas for paragliding:

From Teide (Izaña):

• Take-off height: 2,200 metres above sea level.

• Flight duration: 30-40 minutes.

• Itinerary:
  Take off from Izaña, in the heart of the Teide National Park, and fly towards the north of Tenerife, overlooking the Orotava Valley and Puerto de la Cruz. Alternatively, depending on the wind, you could fly to Güímar in the south of the island.

• Services included:

  • Transport from the meeting point to take-off.

  • Return transfer from landing.

  • Possibility of hiring a photo and video report for 36€.

From the South (Ifonche):

• Take-off height: between 800 and 1.000 metres in Taucho - Adeje (Ifonche area).

• Flight duration: approximately 20 minutes.

• Itinerary:
  Enjoy a panoramic view over the south of Tenerife, flying over the landscapes of Adeje, Arona or Santiago del Teide.

• Services included:

  • Pick up and drop off in the main tourist towns in the south such as Los Gigantes, El Médano or Costa Adeje.

  • Possibility of photo and video report (additional €30).

Choose south for a warmer flight with views of the Atlantic Ocean.

• Weather conditions: The performance of the activity depends on the weather conditions. In the event of not being able to fly due to adverse weather conditions, 100% of the amount of the activity will be refunded, giving at least 12 hours' notice before the activity.

Recommendations: Wear comfortable clothes, sports shoes and a lot of desire to live a unique experience.

We work in partnership with an association specialising in accessible flights, which allows us to offer paragliding experiences in Tenerife suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Sustainable transport for your adventure

We offer transport from the meeting point to the take-off point, and also transfer back from the landing point.
The carbon footprint derived from these transports, as well as any additional ones you may contract, will be compensated thanks to our internal calculation and compensation through a local project on the island of Tenerife.
