Tourist Data Banking Project: The Digital Transformation of Tourism
Project description
The Tourist Data Banking project aims to accelerate the digital transformation of the tourism sector in Tenerife. It focuses on the introduction of innovative technologies and solutions, encouraging the sharing of applications and data to improve competitiveness and customer relations.
Big Data and Cybersecurity Solutions
One of the main goals of the project is to develop and implement new Big Data and Cybersecurity solutions. These technologies will optimise the relations between tourism companies and their customers and strengthen the competitiveness of the sector.
Validation and Dissemination
The project will deploy and validate the shared data space in six local tourism companies covering the whole value chain of the sector in Tenerife, including accommodation, catering, shows, tourism intermediaries, cultural and leisure activities. In addition, a dissemination and communication plan will be implemented to ensure the success of the project.
