Submarine Gran Canaria | An Underwater Journey

How about observing sea life from a different perspective? Senda Ecoway presents you its Submarine in Gran Canaria experience, an amazing trip amongst fishes and wrecked ships in Puerto de Mog├ín aboard the Golden Shark, a splendid 18 metres long yellow submarine – just like the one from The Beatles’ song! A fantastic trip where we will go at a maximum depth of 25 metres, surrounded by all kind of animals and artificial reefs.

The Senda step by step

We will leave the port of Mogán aboard the Golden Shark and start our immersion soon after. The immersion lasts about 40 minutes and the ship reaches a depth of 25 meters. You will be able to see the incredible marine fauna from the Atlantic Ocean, as well as some shipwrecks at the bottom of the sea. Immersion occurs in such a way that, thanks to the way the submarine was built, passengers experience no problem or change of pressure. The large portholes allow both children and adults to observe wonderful underwater wonders. The submarine will then go back to the surface, leaving everybody with lasting memories.

I had never get on in one and in our stay in Gran Canaria we decided to try it. We have to start taking care of our oceans. It’s amazing how the fish and other species that live in the ocean look.
