We welcome you to this experience where yoga and art merge. Two disciplines that enrich each other to create a unique experience. It doesn't matter if it's your first time on the mat or if you've never touched a paintbrush, everyone is welcome.

Yoga and Creativity in a Calm Environment

This is a space designed to look inward through the practice of yoga and express outward with the creative side of art. The three and a half hour workshop takes place in an intimate and personalised environment, located in a peaceful and quiet finca in Aldea Blanca, San Miguel (Tenerife).

Exploring Yoga Postures

During the session, you will explore different yoga postures that will help you find the calm and serenity necessary for your well-being.

Art and Creativity

You can also create your own personal jewellery by painting on recycled glass, an activity that complements the practice of yoga and encourages creativity.

Workshop Programme

10:00 - Mindfulness session: We begin by preparing your mind and body for the experience.

10:20 - Creative Workshop: Your hands and creativity take over, creating something unique.

11:00 - Yoga Creative Flow: It's time to get your body moving to the rhythm of our Yoga Creative Flow.

12:30 - Snacks and Sharing: We enjoyed a delicious snack with natural juices, perfect to recharge our batteries and share experiences.

13:00 - Final Assembly: We concluded by assembling the pieces, sealing our day of discovery and creativity.
