Itinerary of a 3-day trip to Tenerife:
DAY 1: Arrival and welcome to the stars
- Morning: Transfers from North Airport to Santa Cruz city.
- Afternoon: Free time in the city.
- Night: Welcome dinner in a traditional restaurant.
DAY 2Excursion to the Teide Peak
- Tomorrow: Breakfast at the hotel, transfers to the National Park and ascent to the peak.
- Afternoon: Picnic lunch and Sun Observation activity with telescope
- Evening: Free time
DAY 3: Departure
- Morning: Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to North Airport.
- Afternoon: For those who have a flight later than midday, there is the option of extra activities if they wish, or of transfers later in the day.

What does it include?
- Welcome dinner: Dinner in a charming restaurant of traditional Canarian cuisine located in the city centre. It will be the perfect opportunity to get to know each other and taste a selection of local dishes, such as papas arrugadas con mojo, local cheeses and wine. An authentic gastronomic experience that will connect us with the flavours of Tenerife and with the guide in charge of our getaway.
- Ascent to Pico del Teide: After arriving at the base station, we will take the cable car which, in just 8 minutes, will take us to an altitude of 3,555 metres to make the guided walk along the last stretch to reach the summit, a route that offers spectacular views, even of the neighbouring islands. The entire activity will take approximately 4 hours, including time to enjoy the scenery and walk to Pico Viejo.
- Observation of the Sun with a Telescope: We will enjoy a fascinating solar observation activity in the unique environment of the Teide National Park, recognised as a Starlight Destination. Equipped with a state-of-the-art telescope, laser and guided by an expert astronomer, we will explore the mysteries of the sun from the lunar landscape of Minas de San José. This didactic and visual experience lasts approximately 1 hour.
- Transfer from North Airport (Spanish group) / South Airport (foreign group): day of arrival.
- 2 nights' accommodation: with a choice of breakfast.
- 1 picnic lunch: with water, sandwich, piece of fruit and km0 sweets.

- Flights to Tenerife: Air transport to the island is not included but can be arranged on request.
- Lunch meal the day of arrival and departure.
- Personal clothing and equipment: Appropriate footwear, warm clothing, sunscreen and any other necessary personal items.
- Cancellation insurance: The accident insurance included does not cover cancellations; we recommend taking out additional travel insurance if you need it.
- Transport during your stay: With the exception of airport transfers and transport to and from the ascent excursion, other trips you may wish to make are not included in this package. Recommendations and the option of a rental car can be given to those who wish to hire one.

What happens if the cable car does not operate due to bad weather?
If the cable car closes due to adverse weather conditions, we will offer you an alternative route or the possibility to reschedule the activity.
What should I bring for the experience?
Warm clothing, comfortable walking shoes, water, sunscreen and sunglasses. It is also recommended to bring a camera to capture the unique views.
Is this activity right for me?
The ascent to Pico Teide is of medium difficulty. It is suitable for people in good physical condition, but not recommended for children under 6 years of age, people with heart or respiratory problems, or pregnant women.
