According to the Trend Compass 2050 developed by the prestigious consultancy firm Kjaer Global, the trends that will mark our lives in the next thirty years will be marked by eight concepts, without which it is impossible to understand the survival and progress of human beings and we would be heading towards a dystopian future.
Plurality and transparency, ethics and privacy in design, entrepreneurship and new models, sustainability and systemic change, human experience and spirituality, authenticity and culture, purpose and personal empowerment and the creativity y experiences are the constants that will mark the evolution of human beings towards a better future, towards the future we want.
It is no coincidence that experiences are currently (and will continue to be in the future) the driving force behind the attractiveness of many tourist destinations. But not all experiences are equal. First of all, there are the experiences that derive from the landscape, of the physical condition of the territory. Bathing in a beach from black sand 26 degrees in the middle of winter is, in itself, an excellent experience for a Nordic. These are the experiences that have so far worked in most countries. destinations and which represent a safe value for the visitor; but which are under constant threat from the deterioration of the territory due to human action and the climate change.
And then there are the experiences that you can only live if they take you by the hand, the ones that not only give you a more authentic perspective of the place you are visiting, but also make you understand the ground you are walking on. The ones that preserve the essence and are respectful of the territory. The ones that are in our logbook and are pointed out by our compass.
The latter are the ones that interest us and which, day by day, are a challenge for us. With them we want you to immerse yourself in smells, flavours, colours, textures and sounds so that you can keep an authentic and unique vision of Canary Islands.
Thus, our reasons for creating and offering you experiences are closer to building a future imagined in the warmth of immersive experiences and hyper-realistic, rather than the implementation of a specific business model. Closer to global trends than to local routines. Closer to the personalised and creative, than to the generalist and mass-produced...
And further away from dystopian futures.

Ciao cosas, welcome experiences!
Sigmund Freud said that "only one's own personal experience makes a man wise". Wise... and happy. Thomas Gilovich, professor of psychology at Cornell University (United States) scientifically proved a few years ago what many of us had intuited: that the secret of happiness lies in enjoying experiences and not in buying things.
Gilovich explains that "people often think that spending money on an experience is less intelligent than spending money on something material. They think the experience will come and go in the blink of an eye, and what's left of it is little compared to owning something". This is not true. Experiences make us into being, acquiring objects only makes us possessors of them.
What this researcher demonstrates is that the experiences are the glue of our lives and that it matters little what material indulgence we have given ourselves. Experiences enrich our social relationships more easily and effectively than material goods, they are lived individually and do not admit comparisons: my experience is mine, that is why it is so special; and he points out that "it is much more enjoyable to desire an experience to live than a thing to have".
So we can state that giving the gift of experience is to give the gift of wisdom and happiness. And in Ecoway Path we are composers of wisdom and happiness; composers of incomparable experiences created to convince you that the best way to be happy is to experience intensely.
We suggest that this Christmas you get as far away as possible from the crowded shops and the traffic queues and give the gift of moments created for you and the people you care about: fun sessions of photos in unique places, delicious and nutritious brunches in emblematic places, unforgettable wine tastings or stimulants horseback riding on nature trails. Opt for giving experiences as gifts. And take the risk of missing them.
That's the price you pay for unforgettable moments!
