The keys to the Tapas Tour in Fuerteventura

CACTUS FARM:

During this tour of the interior, we will taste the cactus fruits, the Indian tuno and the edible nopal cactus. Tunos are rich in vitamins and antioxidants and their colour is a mix of red, purple and crimson. We learn how to care for the plant and harvest the fruit.

In addition, the guide will give a workshop on green mojo and delicious white aioli.

OLIVE OIL TASTING:

‍In the second finca the cosy atmosphere and the history of the local family make this moment special.

We will experience together a professional tasting of the house extra virgin olive oil and we will talk about the production of organic olive oil and the cultivation on the farm.

Along the route we will also find several fruit trees that attract with seasonal fruits.

GOAT AND CHEESE:
