There, you will have the opportunity to choose the best fish and seafood in Spain in the famous Plaza de Lugo. You will also be able to appreciate the impressive variety of products that arrive fresh from the sea every day at the market stalls. Along the way, you'll also be able to see the entire space, where only the best quality food is sold. As you shop for ingredients, you'll enjoy the local atmosphere and conversations with the traders.

Once we have finished shopping, we will head to the kitchen, which is just a few minutes' walk from the market. There, we will get down to work. All recipes will be shared in detail, and you will have the opportunity to learn every step.
