This activity will start with a casual coffee with a local foodie before going to the market. There we will be able to choose the best fish and seafood of Spain in the Lugo Square. We will be able to appreciate the great variety of produce that arrives every day directly from the sea to the market stalls. We will also be able to observe the whole space, where all the best quality food is sold. We will enjoy the atmosphere with the local traders while we buy everything we need for our... culinary session!

After shopping, we will return to the kitchen, a few minutes' walk from the market, where we will get down to work. All the recipes will be shared and we will end our gastronomic experience in the best way possible: eating everything we have prepared with a good local wine or beer.
