The experience begins in the Rubicon Winerya place steeped in history dating back to 1570. During the visit, you will have the opportunity to taste three unique wines: Rubicón Dry, Rubicón Semi-Dry and Rubicón Sweeteach with its own personality and special nuances. The tasting is accompanied by a local gastronomic gem: goat's cheese from Lanzarotemade with milk from the Majorera breed and recognised at international competitions such as the World Cheese Award.
Our next stop is the Bodega El Grifo, the oldest winery in the Canary Islands and one of the most historic in Spain. Here, the vineyards and the wine museum take us straight to the heart of the island's winemaking tradition. Afterwards, you will taste three of the winery's emblematic wines, carefully selected. As a perfect complement, these will be served alongside local cheeses, which undoubtedly highlight the richness and authenticity of Lanzarote's gastronomy.
Finally, we will visit the Los Bermejos WineryThe wine-growing area is an enclave that combines history and modernity. The tour begins in the vineyards, where you will discover the unique cultivation process adapted to the arid volcanic soil. The visit concludes with a tasting where you can choose two wines that will be served together with a tapa of cheese and homemade sponge cakea perfect finishing touch to this experience.
