How far in advance can I cancel?
Cancellation is generally possible up to 72 hours before the activity. In case of cancellation within 72 hours or less, Senda Ecoway will not reimburse the activity.

Climatic conditions
Occasionally, for the safety of our clients, we may be forced to close an activity within a SENDA or an entire SENDA. This will always happen for reasons beyond the control of SENDA Ecoway but for a justified cause.
In this case, SENDA clients may choose to:
Change the date of the SENDA to use it on any other day within 30 days from the date of booking.
Change the SENDA for a similar one, to be determined by the staff in charge, so that it can carry out its activity on the scheduled date.

At Senda we work as intermediaries between companies and end clients, so it is the responsibility of each of the collaborating companies to maintain a quality service in accordance with the offer described. In this sense, the service providers during the routes are the only ones responsible for the proper functioning of the same. However, we have our complaints book available to our customers for any problems that may arise during the purchase process.
