<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd&#039;hui, Slow Food repr\u00e9sente un mouvement mondial impliquant des milliers de personnes et de projets. <strong>plus de 160 pays<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;heure des repas<\/h2>\n<p>Le mouvement Slow Food \u0153uvre pour emp\u00eacher la disparition des cultures et traditions culinaires locales, pour contrer la mont\u00e9e en puissance des modes de vie acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9s et <strong>pour lutter contre le manque g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d&#039;int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les aliments consomm\u00e9s, <\/strong>son origine et la mani\u00e8re dont nos choix alimentaires affectent le monde qui nous entoure.<\/p>\n<p>Si nous connaissons l&#039;origine de nos aliments, les personnes qui les produisent et les m\u00e9thodes de production, enfants et culturel de l&#039;alimentation.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment entra\u00eener son sens du go\u00fbt<\/h2>\n<p>Slow Food m\u00e8ne de nombreux projets \u00e9ducatifs dans diff\u00e9rentes parties du monde qui diff\u00e8rent de la plupart des programmes d&#039;\u00e9ducation alimentaire, car ils reposent sur l&#039;id\u00e9e que la nourriture est synonyme de plaisir, de culture et de convivialit\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>\u200d<strong>Ces projets sont con\u00e7us pour des publics vari\u00e9s, des enfants aux adultes.,<\/strong> y compris les enseignants, les membres de Slow Food et le grand public. Food<\/strong> Il s&#039;agit de garantir \u00e0 tous l&#039;acc\u00e8s et le plaisir d&#039;une alimentation saine pour nous, pour ceux qui la produisent et pour la plan\u00e8te, en s&#039;opposant \u00e0 l&#039;environnement, au bien-\u00eatre animal ni \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 humaine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 \u00c9quitable:<\/strong> Des prix abordables pour les consommateurs et une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration \u00e9quitable pour les producteurs.<\/p>\n<p>Ce mouvement \u0153uvre dans de nombreuses r\u00e9gions du monde pour prot\u00e9ger la biodiversit\u00e9 alimentaire, cr\u00e9er des liens entre producteurs et consommateurs et sensibiliser la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 aux probl\u00e8mes urgents qui affectent notre syst\u00e8me alimentaire. <\/p>\n<p>Et c&#039;est parce lentement<\/h2>\n<p>J&#039;ai r\u00e9cemment appris l&#039;existence de cette association. <strong>Cittaslow, <\/strong>une id\u00e9e n\u00e9e il y a vingt ans dans une petite ville de Toscane. <\/p>\n<p>Ce <strong>int\u00e9ressant<\/strong> <strong>initiative<\/strong> C&#039;est une association qui unit la philosophie du slow food, le <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ecococina\">\u00e9cogastronomie<\/a>, Concernant les villes, elle pr\u00e9conise de consid\u00e9rer la ville elle-m\u00eame comme un \u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u00e9terminant de la qualit\u00e9 de vie des individus et, par cons\u00e9quent, de leur bonheur. \u00c9videmment, <strong>VRAI?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce sont des id\u00e9es que l&#039;on peut v\u00e9ritablement qualifier de \u201c bon sens \u201d ; ces types de concepts \u00e9mergent \u00e0 un moment historique o\u00f9 tout le monde parle de \u201c changement de paradigme \u201d.\u201d <strong>Le d\u00e9veloppement est-il possible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la lenteur, gr\u00e2ce au calme ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 o\u00f9 tout ce qui a de la valeur est mat\u00e9riel ou rond (voir le football), tout nous entra\u00eene vers le vide ; subsister gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#039;intangible, au monde des id\u00e9es, des valeurs, devient un v\u00e9ritable exploit.<\/p>\n<p>Ces responsables \u2013 tr\u00e8s probablement des maires \u2013 qui d\u00e9cident <strong>rejoindre Cittaslow<\/strong>, qui sont attir\u00e9s par <strong>pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer, am\u00e9liorer et prot\u00e9ger un mode de vie<\/strong>, une vie calme, lente et tranquille. <\/p>\n<p>Ont-ils, \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9, remis en question ce qui est vraiment essentiel et ont-ils appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 l&#039;importance de savoir s&#039;arr\u00eater, contempler, voir au-del\u00e0\u00a0? Se sont-ils interrog\u00e9s sur ce qui les a vraiment rendus heureux\u00a0?.<\/p>\n<p>Tout cela n\u00e9cessite un arr\u00eat. <strong>Prendre conscience<\/strong> de la succession des saisons, de la valorisation du travail fait main (v\u00e9ritablement fait avec c\u0153ur ; artisanat), de la valeur de l&#039;art, de l&#039;authenticit\u00e9 des produits, de la valeur d&#039;un bon repas ou d&#039;un bon vin\u2026<\/p>\n<p>J&#039;appelle tout cela <strong>culture.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Savoir <strong>odeur<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Savoir <strong>go\u00fbt<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Savoir <strong>regarder<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Savoir <strong>appr\u00e9cier<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Chez Senda, nous sommes convaincus qu&#039;un d\u00e9veloppement fond\u00e9 sur ces valeurs est possible.
