Located in the massif of Anaga, specifically in El Monquinal, in an area of difficult access is this abandoned house, belonging to Benito P\u00e9rez Armas<\/strong>He married Elena Gonz\u00e1lez de Mesa in 1914, whose family had owned the land around the house since the 18th century. <\/p>\n

After the death of P\u00e9rez Armas, the place passed as a property to Lorenzo Mart\u00ednez Fuset<\/strong>of Andalusian origin, who lived in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.<\/p>\n
