Mojosurf brings you a fantastic opportunity to have a great time while learning Paddle Yoga at Las Canteras Beach, one of the best places to practice this sport on the island of Gran Canaria.
Paddle Yoga brings together Paddle Surf and the benefits of doing yoga and pilates. You will be able to enjoy doing Paddle Yoga and Pilates in an open space in the calm waters of Las Canteras Beach, together with the rest of participants at a special platform for SUP Yoga Starboard, which allows you to exercise in a group and where
you will get more stability. The practice of this activity has been shown to improve strength and flexibility as well as reduce stress, and mental and physical tension.
The starting time for this course is from 09:00 to 19:00, although you should bear in mind that it is recommended to practice this activity when the tide is low. Customers should go to the meeting point, which is the Surf School, Mojosurf, at Calle Peru, number 20 bajo, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Mojosurf has 120 m2 facilities located next to Las Canteras beach, in the Cícer area, just in front of the best wave zone on the beach. The school is sponsored by the prestigious brand Billabong.
