Popularly known as “La Recova”, the city market dedicated to Our Lady of Africa is one of the most popular places for people from Santa Cruz. Located in the heart of the capital, it is a neocolonial-style building dating back to 1944 and houses dozens of stalls offering the most varied and exquisite products from the island.
The quality and range of products, not to mention the concentration of so many stalls in a small area, have made “La Recova” the ideal space to give free rein to your culinary skills.
Senda proposes an exciting day for couples, families or friends, offering you the chance to spend time together in themed cooking workshops organised by our colleagues from “Se te va la Olla”.
Accompanied by the organisers of the activity, you will visit the different market stalls to select the ingredients for your dishes. You will then have the opportunity to prepare them with expert guidance in the market itself and then share them with the other participants.
You will have a dedicated space and all the utensils needed for the activity.
