Are you Covid-19 free?

Of course. The providers of our services follow the general recommendations for the fight against covid-19 established by the authorities: mask, distance of more than 2 m for safety, hygiene of hands and surfaces of use. In addition, they will follow at all times the regulations dictated by the authorities. Do you attend to special requests?

Of course. Our Sendas need to have a standard format that speeds up your trip planning process. Therefore you will find on our website a limitation in the number of people or in available days. However, we have a close relationship with our service providers that allow us to be flexible.

Is it possible to book for groups?

Yes. Each of the routes has a maximum capacity that we can guarantee through our platform. If your group is larger than allowed, you can contact us and we will manage your reservation, always subject to availability.

When will I receive the reservation confirmation?

You will receive an instant confirmation on the screen and in the email you provide at the time of booking. Our reservation system automatically generates a proof of purchase at the time the payment is made. In it you will have all the details of the reservation and the proof of purchase.

Do I have to take my reservation with me throughout the tour?

It is important that you have on hand the reservation that we provide.

How can I request the invoice of my purchase?

You can request the invoice of any product contracted through our website through the following email inbox : [email protected] . Remember to indicate:

• The reservation locator

• Name of the natural person or name of the owner company for the issuance of the invoice

• NIF or CIF

• Full address with zip code, city and province

We will send you the invoice through e-mail.

What documents and requirements are required?

At the time of booking it will be sufficient to indicate an email along with the name of the reservation holder.

Depending on the chosen Senda, the requirements and documents requested may vary.

For the rental of vehicles, bicycles etc. it will be necessary to present an official identification document, as well as the necessary legal permits in each case.

Likewise, a bond could be requested that will depend on the type of vehicle that is being rented and that will be deposited the day your Senda takes place.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept payment by virtual card and PayPal, always at the time of booking. We do not accept physical payments or bank transfers, checks, etc.

Is it possible to make the reservation and payment at different times?

No. We like to be flexible with you, but at the same time we have a responsibility to cover with our suppliers, who assume high costs every time they register a reservation.

What are the cancellation and modification policies of the reservation?

Cancellation and modification policies differ depending on the activity. You will find this policy in the activity description.

Can I make a reservation by phone?

Yes. Whenever you have any questions, you can contact us through any of our channels.

Can someone else make a reservation in my name?

Yes. In fact, we offer you the possibility to book gift Sendas. In them we will hide irrelevant information for the beneficiary such as the price.

Do I have insurance when I hire a Senda?

We work with legally constituted companies and with the corresponding permits to carry out their activity. We demand insurance from all our collaborators, and we also have our own Civil Liability insurance.
