Senda Ecoway aims to be the first online platform devoted exclusively to marketing sustainable tourism experiences. We design our own routes working in close cooperation with our suppliers. We combine different products and services strategically to create innovative, responsible and attractive experiences.

Senda Ecoway reaches places that few travel agents have managed to reach. Our aim is to show you the destination through its people, to humanise travel as a life experience.

Of course. Our Sendas need to have a standard format to enable you to plan your trip. For this reason you will see certain restrictions on our website as regards the maximum number of people or the availability of the activity on specific days. However, our close ties to our suppliers allow for some degree of flexibility.

Yes. There is a maximum number of participants for each route that we can guarantee via our platform. If your group is larger than this number you can contact us and we will arrange the booking, subject to availability.

Once you have made the booking you will receive instant confirmation on screen and to the e-mail address provided.

Our booking system automatically generates a purchase confirmation as soon as payment is made. This confirmation contains all the details of the booking and a payment receipt.

No. Although we like to be flexible, we have a responsibility towards our suppliers, who commit to high costs every time a booking for their services is made.

Yes. In fact, we offer the possibility of booking Sendas as gifts. In such cases, information of no relevance to the beneficiary, such as the price, will not be disclosed.

Senda are mere intermediaries between the companies and the client and it is the responsibility of each firm that works with us to provide a quality service that matches the description offered. In this regard, the suppliers of the services on our routes are solely responsible for the correct functioning of the latter. Nonetheless, we have a complaints book for customers to record any issues that may arise during the booking process.


You can request an invoice for any product bought on our website by writing to the following e-mail address: facturas@sendaecoway.com. Don’t forget to include:

  • Your booking reference
  • The name of the person or company in whose name the invoice is to be issued
  • Your NIF or CIF tax number
  • Your full address, including postcode, name of town/city and province
  • Your invoice will be sent to you by e-mail

We accept payment by debit/credit card and PayPal. Payment must be made at the time of booking. We do not accept payment by cash, bank transfer, cheque etc.


It is important that you have with you the password issued with your booking. This is your confirmation showing that you are entitled to receive the services of our suppliers. It will be requested in the various establishments visited.

This identifier is all you need.

An e-mail address and the name of the person in whose name the booking should be made are sufficient to make a booking.

The requirements and documents needed vary depending on the Senda chosen.

For vehicle and bicycle hire an official form of ID must be shown, together with the required driving licence for the vehicle.

In addition, a deposit may be required depending on the type of vehicle hired. The deposit will be payable on the day of the activity.

We always work with legally constituted companies and with the corresponding license to carry out their activity. We demand insurance policies to all our collaborators, and we also have our own Civil Liability insurance.

Only if there are special needs we will tell you about it in the Senda description. Otherwise, your common sense will lead you the way!!
